Pregnancy is a very exciting time in a women’s life. This can also be a time when you are faced with many questions and concerns. Each pregnancy and patient is unique and may require different levels of care, which are available at Kamiyacho WG Ladies Clinic. You can take prenatal checkup until 33weeks(8th months) of gestational age.
To calculate the risk* for chromosomal abnormalities like Down Syndrome. The risk is calculated based on the NT measurement, nasal bone assessment and blood flow through the tricuspid valve and Ductus Venosus. Parents will receive extensive counselling concerning the significance of these risks and options f further investigation when needed (NIPT or Invasive Diagnostic Test).
* The doctor performing the scan must be certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation. We have this license.
The Combined test only uses first trimester markers, and is performed at around 12 weeks of pregnancy (but any time between 10 and 13 weeks is acceptable) when a blood sample is obtained and an ultrasound examination is carried out.
The values of markers are used together with your age to estimate the risk or chance of the pregnancy being affected with Down syndrome,13trisomy and 18trisomy.

Through 3D/4D technology it is possible to distinguish characteristics and facial expressions of the fetus offering you the first contact with your baby. Besides, it improves anatomy assessment. We do allow family members to accompany you for the exam.
The Papanicolaou smear (Pap test) is a test used to screen women for cervical precancer or cancer. Pap tests can find cervical cancer and precancer in the early stages when it can be treated, and thus may reduce the number of deaths from cervical cancer.
If you have some problems of the result of the Pap smear, we can do further deteil test with Colposcopy and tissue examination.
If you pointed ASC-US or LSIL by other clinics or health check, please come with the result of the test.

Treatment for menstrual disorders may include:
Medical treatment. This may include pain killers, hormonal therapies, including birth control pills or a IUD (intrauterine device).
Surgical treatment. Menstrual disorders can be caused by endometrial polyps, fibroids, and adenomyosis. We may recommend surgery and refer to hospitals to treat these conditions.
Women’s intimate area is regularly under the test (trousers that are too tight, lingerie, hair removal, unsuitable personal hygiene, stress, etc.), leading to an imbalance and signs of discomfort in the intimate area (irritation, discharge and unpleasant odors, etc.).

IUS is a soft, flexible IUD that releases small amounts of hormone locally into your uterus. It gives you birth control you can count on for up to 5 years. It is more than 99% effective at preventing pregnancy and you can try to become pregnant as soon as IUS is removed. Within a year of having IUS removed, about 8 out of 10 women succeed at becoming pregnant. IUS is also proven to reduce heavy periods in women who choose intrauterine contraception.
If you decide to use an oral hormonal contraceptive, there are a variety of pills available in different doses. The Pill should be taken every day, at approximately the same time each day and is 99% effective if taken correctly. From second time, online prescription is available.
Follicle Tracking Ultrasound Scans
Series of internal scans done at specific dates of a woman’s cycle that aim to count the follicles, assess their growth and determine the exact date of ovulation, besides assessing endometrial (internal uterine lining) thickness is a useful exam for women trying to get pregnant.

Pap smear

GARDASIL is the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine that helps protect against 4 types of HPV. SILGUARD9 is new HPV vaccine against 9 types of HPV. It’s more effective than GARDASIL. GARDASIL and SILGUARD is given as 3 times injections over 6 months.
The flu shot is your best defence against the flu. The flu shot is recommended for almost everyone who is 6 months of age and older.
Children from 6 months to less than 12 years of age should receive 2 doses. It’s recommended that the interval be at least 4 weeks apart during the current flu season.
If it is uncertain whether you have had measles or rubella, consult your physician. Vaccination to people with a history of measles/rubella will not increase adverse effects. MR vaccine is expected to have measles prevention effect similar to a measles monovalent vaccine. It has an advantage of preventing also rubella.
However, because MR vaccine is live attenuated vaccine, women known to be pregnant should not receive it. Even if you are currently not pregnant, pregnancy should be avoided for about two months following MR vaccine to avoid influence on the fetus as much as possible.

The vaginal tightening HIFU system uses non-invasive ultrasonic focusing technique to focus on the mucous membrane and fibrous layer and muscle layer directly.
